Hi, my name is Lisa Brice. Thank you for visiting my website. I am the owner and Managing Director of choose2b ltd. I love my work as a trainer, executive coach and business consultant and am passionate about helping individuals and organisations achieve their true potential. My mission is to support people to make positive changes in their lives, their relationships and their businesses. I believe that by heightening our awareness both personally and of others, we create more choices and strategies to enable us to be and have whatever we truly desire.

Following a very successful business career, I moved into training in 1994 and gained my qualification with CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). I have continued to gain qualifications throughout my career and am an Assessor, Internal Verifier and External Verifier, as well as an NLP Business Practitioner and Master Practitioner and a certified Trainer of NLP. I also have an NLP Coaching Diploma, a CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Diploma in Business Support and Diploma in Strategic Business Coaching.

Through my Horses for Courses® programmes (www.horsesforcourses.co.uk), I have been able to combine my two biggest passions; people’s potential and horses. I specialise in using experiential equine facilitated learning techniques to improve businesses by exploring people’s abilities to build rapport, lead, communicate, coach, negotiate and influence.
